NHTSA RV Recalls November 2025 | Colorado RV Service

Nearly 8,000 recreational vehicles were included in safety recall campaigns in November 2025. These recalls span a variety of manufacturers and safety issues — from potential fires to falling components and incorrect label data.

Why this matters: All of these recalls involve safety risks that can lead to crashes, fires, injury or equipment damage if not addressed. Manufacturers are required to fix recall-related issues free of charge.

1. 🏷️ Grand Design RV, LLC — 2022–2023 Solitude; 2023 Momentum

Issue: Refrigerator cooling unit fasteners may be loose or missing, which can allow the propane line to move and crack — increasing fire risk.

Fix: Colorado RV Service will inspect and repair or replace the refrigerator as needed. Owners should receive notice by mail Jan 6, 2026.

2. 🚍 Jayco, Inc. — Several Models

a) 2025–2026 Entegra Condor; Jayco Granite Ridge

Issue: Certification label may list front/rear axle info incorrectly — leading to improper tire pressures.

Fix: Jayco mailed corrected labels starting Nov 7, 2025.

b) 2026 Entegra Cornerstone Reserve; 2025–2026 Cornerstone, Aspire, Anthem

Issue: Slideout room can deploy while driving, even if parking brake isn’t engaged.

Fix: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace slideout motors (free). Notices expected Dec 19, 2025.

3. 🔥 Keystone RV Company — 2024–2026 Voltage

Issue: Generator fuel lines may have been installed incorrectly — potentially increasing fire risk.

Fix: Colorado RV Service will reroute fuel lines as needed. Owner letters expected Jan 1, 2026.

4. ☀️ Thor Motor Coach (TMC) — Multiple Models

a) 2024 Twist; 2023–2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence; 2022–2024 Tellaro

Issue: Roof solar panel adhesive may fail and panels can detach.

b) 2023–2024 Twist, Dazzle; 2023 Tranquility, Sanctuary; 2022–2024 Tellaro, Sequence; 2024 Freedom Elite Van

Issue: Solar panel mounting brackets may loosen or break — also causing detachment risk.

Fix (both): Remedies are under development. Interim owner letters expected Jan 5, 2026; full repairs will be free once ready.

5. ⚖️ Triple E Recreational Vehicles — 2025–2026 Unity

Issue: Weight label incorrectly lists four seat belts on a floorplan equipped with only two — raising risk of injury in a crash.

Fix: Corrected labels mailed free. Affected VINs searchable on NHTSA.gov from Nov 19, 2025.

6. 🔥 Winnebago Towables — 2025–2026 Micro Minnie

Issue: Cooktop flame may invert when the stove and furnace operate together — increasing fire risk.

Fix: Colorado RV Service will install a separation panel between cooktop and furnace. Notices expected Dec 22, 2025.
